Herbal Tarot - Page of Swords - Dill

You can see the Page cards here.

Description: A young man is holding a sword upwards beside a large dill plant. There are four birds in the sky flying away. There are large clouds and mountains in the distance.

Significant Details: The sword symbolizes strength and protection. Dill symbolizes the need to be calm. The mountains are the gateways to the spirit realm. The clouds symbolize hope. The birds symbolize messages received.

Keywords: Use Your Mind, Be Truthful, Be Just, Have Fortitude

Medicinal Uses: Dill is used for digestive problems and is safe for children. Culpeper’s Color Herbal.

My Interpretation: This is a great time to think things through, and watch the things around you. A problem you face may require a non-traditional solution. Be honest and just during this time.

Thoughts/Points to Ponder: The Page of Swords is the Earthy part of Air. Dill is ruled by Mercury. On the Tree of Life each page is in Malkuth which is ruled by the four elements.

Why is this page defensive? Who is just out of our sight?
