I have to mention Manara and Decameron, since no one else has. Sure, they're raunchy and somewhat pornographic, but some of them are quite sexy, also.
But one of my favorites is the lovers from Vargo's Gothic. I can almost feel his lips on my neck, and it gives me chills. ;)

i think that the most raunchy card i have seen has got to be the high priestess from vargo's gothic.

The Hanged Man in the Wheel of Change Tarot. For two reasons. First because he is completely naked. And secondly because the card came up representing someone I am completely and devastatingly attracted to and we are slowly heading towards that kind of relationship. So when I see the card I always think of him now (naked). LOL

That's exactly what crossed my dirty little mind! }) Also, because of that, the knots on the wand look more like suggestions that the wand is wet.. if you take my meaning....um....
