I read them as usual in regards to the central card - just noting that there is more emphasis on the central card than you might expect otherwise. I don't think there are rules about this, and there's so many overlapping factors (knighting, mirroring, adjacent cards, diagonals, etc., etc.) that it really depends on what jumps out at you at the time.
No there are probably no rules... but I am open to understand maybe other people's way of doing it to see if maybe someone else has a better way.
I usually see a person card in their own house as meaning "Taking initiative" or "being authentic" some major role of self will come through.
Well the sitter will let me know how it goes for them. Just shocking 5 cards fell in their own house.. how many times do you see that? lol
