Wings of Truth Unfolding
I decided to modify this spread to make it fit the name better. I realized that the spread should be unfolding up-and outwards. The end result reveals itself at the bottom when the wings are unfolded.
Looks totally different now.

1-2: Reasons for present situation / Root cause
3-4: Hidden/unknown influences
5-6-7: You in the situation: Past, present and future
8-9-10: Other part in the situation: Past, present and future
11: The outcome / End result
