Here's an idea I borrowed from the world of business studies. The spread looks like this:

1 = Strengths
2 = Weaknesses
3 = Opportunities
4 = Threats
5 = Wild card
Pretty self-explanatory really. If you want, you can put two or three cards in each position, or just one.
