Adoption spread????

Does anyone know where I can find a spread (if there IS one)for the adoptee (me) to ask some questions? I checked the Spreads list but didn't see anything.

Thank you so much GO!!! I am anxious to look at these and then have some quiet time to myself to try them! I understand how your husband feels. I was born/raised in MI and their records are sealed from 1945-1980 so I've never been able to get any info. Thought about hiring an "advocate" but it was never in the budget.
