A few years ago, I was given the Sacred Circle deck/book set by someone. In my great storage fiasco, the deck was lost but I still have the book. The reason I'm posting this is because I've found the book to be a very useful and informative book even without the deck. It covers the journey of the Fool, lots of information and explanations of the symbolism of each of the cards as well as upright and reversed meanings and it's just packed full of information that could be applied to any deck, I think.
I sincerely urge anyone who can get a copy of the book to do so. You won't be disappointed and your Tarot journey will be quite enhanced from having it in your Tarot library.
