This is a spread I've started using recently. I think I made it up, but it's possible someone else had the same idea. I didn't even really have a name for it, but it looks like a wheel and it's all about influences on me, or whoever the read is for.
This is sort of what it looks like:

1 is me, where I am right now.
2 is where I'm going.
3 is where I've been.
4 and 5 are immediate influences, specifically distractions.
6 is an influence on where I'm going, a person who can help or hurt, an event that will affect it.
7 is an influence from where I've been, something that may come back to haunt or help.
8 is a step away from the influence of 4. A secondary influence connected to 4.
9 is a step away from 5, like 8 is to 4.
10 is how 5 will take me back to where I've been, pull me off the path.
11 is how 4 will take me off my path.
12 is a warning that I'm about to veer off into 4, a signpost.
13 is the signpost for 5.
