The Moon and my Moods

i would do this if i knew how, i can do a lunar return, but the others am not sure how to find out.
i know the full moon is transiting my natal moon and a couple other planets and i can already feel the effects.

does anyone know the link between the full moon today and the one in oct which i read is also in aries?
