Deck of the Week : Sign-up Thread: Week 304 : May 27 - June 2

Carojulie

Wow, thank you Carojulie, what a lovely surprise :) It's true I am an artistic soul and I love to be surrounded by beauty, so I do try to make things around me beautiful :)

I asked my husband if I have a sensual mouth, and his response was, "I like kissing you." :D so I guess that is a yes?
Oh thank you ! And yes that's a yes !
;)

Trogon

I hadn't gotten any requests for readings this week, so I came up with a fun exercise to stretch my Tarot muscles and work with my Egyptian Tarot. I tried doing readings for characters in a few of my favorite web comics. I admit that with the first one I did, I didn't think to ask the artist/author beforehand, but it turned out okay. I then posted the readings in the comments sections of the comics. If you'd like to look at them (or see what kinds of comics I like ;)), here are the links to the pages with the readings. You'll have to scroll down through the comments (just look for my Barn Owl photo - I use the name Barn0wl around the 'net);

"Think Before You Think"; http://thinkbeforeyouthink.net/?comic=20170519-going-home

"Rain LGBT"; http://rainlgbt.smackjeeves.com/comics/2440467/about-prom/

"Niku"; http://niku.smackjeeves.com/comics/2441822/page-19/

They were fun exercises.

[ETA] Ooops! I was looking through other posts and realized that my reading for "Think Before You Think" was actually done with the Necronomicon Tarot last week. It was still a good exercise. :D

Rose Lalonde

Hello DOTW friends !

Rose Lalonde - Shaman of Stakes
Whatever the challenge you set yourself up for, your dedication and inteligence will always lead you to success, and will earn you the admiration of your peers. You have a beautiful stunning profile like a greek statue.

Enjoy ! And tell me what you think, if you feel like sharing !
:)
Thanks, Caroljulie. I appreciate the compliment. It's funny that my profile came up, since it's one of the things about my appearance I feel maybe least confident about, but it's kind of nice to hear something positive about it for that very reason. Hope you're having a great week.

Hello Trogon, I read your posts and it is very interesting that you got so many reversed cards. I like to read for fictionnal characters too, mostly films, series or books, but I never shared that with the authors, and it was also interesting how they reacted in your case ! They appreciated it, even the one who was not knowledgable in tarot, didn't they ?

Thanks Rose, see you in the next thread !
