Fey Tarot - Queen of Wands

I thought I would look at the Queen of Wands.
She seems quite self assured and confident.
I'm not sure what the vine work on her arms and body are meant to represent.
I've just noticed a similar design on her crown.
And the weave of the vine is wrapped around her.
Can anyone give there impressions.
