The KEY to the Harmony of Numbers underpinning the architecture of Tarot, Qabalah & the Book of the Law is the Vesica Piscis completed by Saturn’s “return” upon the Tree of Life. This diagram is a map for Understanding the attributions of the Letters as a unified whole, and for accessing the ‘Music of the Spheres’ manifest in the conjunctive cycles of the Planets.

The KEYstone within this diagram is the Great Pyramid itself, by its’ proportions & location with respect to a Vesica Piscis wherein One circle represents Earth and the other has Earth’s North pole as its’ center. Both circles intersect at the 30th parallel North, where the Pyramid is located. The perpendicular distance from the Earth’s axis to Giza = 3430 nautical miles. A nautical mile is a unit of angular measure equal to 1 minute of 1 degree of the Earth’s meridian. In other words, 1/60th degree of longitude.

3430 = 10 Cubes of Seven. So you can imagine the distance as a stack of 10 Cubes, with the Pyramid on top -like an Obelisk pointing to the center of an 11th Cube, or as the Hand on a clock, spinning round Khnum-Khufu’s Wheel. Any 12 hour measure of Time will also delineate a proportion of 22 cubes of Seven - embodying a ratio used among the ancients to approximate the value of π (22:7). The exeligmos of 22 conjunctions between Mercury ☿:♁ Earth every 7 years is likewise apportioned by the string of Octahedrons of 7 within this Obelisk = 231 x11 days.

I was asked earlier in this thread how this mandalic function of the Hebrew Alphabet/Tarot could be seen applied elsewhere within the Book of the Law. The same patterns suggested in Verse 2.76 seem to crop up in a series of verses we looked at in Chapter I. Here’s one just about as notorious. Both ‘fit’ within the context of the Letter attributions seen as a unified whole within the geometric lattice of the Qabalah Tree:
1.46 Nothing is a secret key of this law. Sixty-one the Jews call it; I call it eight, eighty, four hundred & eighteen.
146 = 6th Octahedron: 1² + 2² +3² + 4² +5² +6² +5² +4² +3² +2² +1² = 11 courses
Nothing is a secret key of this law. Sixty-one the Jews call it; I call it eight, eighty, four hundred & eighteen.
61 Square Pyramids = 10 Cubes + 1 Square Pyramid

OBELISK
343/6 = 57.1666...
61 pyramids ≈ 3430+57 = 3487
61 pyramids = 11 x 317 = 3487

8 = 2³
80 = 2³ x10
88 = ☿Mercury Orbit
(88 = 2³ x11)
11 Cubes of 2

61 Pyramids = 81 +(1:3)
61 Pyramids = 81 x(3:1) = An ‘Obelisk’ marking the (3x 81)〫 intervals between Jupiter ♃:♄ Saturn conjunctions (chronocrator minims) upon the Zodiacal Wheel, partitioning the Circle into ‘Thirds’, as if tracking a Triangle rotating within the ecliptic horizon.

♃: ♄ = 19⊙ years + 317 days = 243〫apart

2 Obelisks of 81+(1:3) marking 243〫 (chronocrator minims) ♃:♄

♃: ♄ = 19⊙ years + 317 days = 243〫apart
Chronocrator minims (or specialis) x1
Chronocrator media (or trigonalis) x10 = 1 Trigon of Elements
Chronocrator maxima (or climacteria) x40 = 4 Trigons (10x 4 elements)
(243 x40)/360 = 3³

♃:♁ = (4x 19) conjunctions every 83 Earth years
♄:♁ = (3x 19) conjunctions every 59 Earth years

What did you go as? The Cabin boy? ;):laugh:

No (I'm far too old to 'pull that off'). I went as the Captain and the Raveness went as the cabin boy.

About the only useful figurate number in the context of this verse is 28, which is the 7th triangular number. And this is only useful if you can put the 28 glyphs of the code into a triangle and derive some meaning from that arrangement.

2:55; "Thou shalt obtain the order & value of the English Alphabet, thou shalt find new symbols to attribute them unto"

Seems like a natural first step would be to look at the origins of each Letter within the English alphabet. Changing their current sequence back to its’ Semitic source code yields the following:

0 = A = Ox (The Fool) AIR
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A#Origins

1 = B = House (Magus) ☿
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B#History

2 = C = Foot, to Walk (High Priestess) ☽
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C#History

3 = D = Door (Empress) ♀
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/D#History

4 = E = “Look!”, to Behold (Emperor) ♈
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E#History

5 = F = Nail (Hierophant) ♉
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F#History

6 = Z = Sword (The Lovers) ♊
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z#History

7 = H = Palisade (Chariot) ♋
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H#History

8 = L = Ox Goad (Justice) ♎
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L

9 = I = Hand (Hermit) ♍
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I#History

10 = K = Palm (Wheel of Fortune) ♃
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K#History_and_usage

11 ♌

12 = M = Water (Hanged Man) WATER
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M#History

13 = N = Fish (Transformation) ♏
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N#History_of_the_forms

14 = Y = Thorn, to Pierce (Art) ♐
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Y#History

15 = O = Eye (The Devil) ♑
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/O#History

16 = P = Mouth, to Open (Tower) ♂
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pe_(letter)

17 ♒

18 = Q = Back of Head (The Moon) ♓
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q#History

19 = R = Head (The Sun) ⊙
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R#History

20 = S = Tooth (Aeon) FIRE
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S#History

21 = T = Cross (The Universe) ♄
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T#History

U, V, W and Y all derive from the Hebrew letter Vau (F)
G & J from Latin:

G
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G#History
J
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J#History

It is interesting to note that the missing spaces in the sequence correspond to the essential dignities of astrology attributed the Sun (Gold) and Saturn (Lead). Could this be an intentional device similar to the VIII<--->XI transposition of icons in the zodiacal sequence?

J seems like a suitable candidate for the 11th position as it is identical to the glyph used in proto-Syriac for Lamed. This would seem to be in keeping with its’ association to the 8th Letter.

G probably looks most like a Fishhook among the remaining letters, so could feasibly fill the role. Yet this is all in keeping with an idiom crafted for the equinoctial Age of Pisces. Perhaps what is required is a reappraisal of the Letters within their shared context in order to calibrate it for when the vernal equinox enters the 11th zodiacal house. Given that we aren’t exactly a culture of shepherding nomads, some of the symbols could feasibly be distilled for an idiom more attuned to our current allegorical vocabulary.

Regardless, if gematria or isopsephy is ever to be of any use to more than a small cadre of ‘occultists’, it may be worthwhile to bring our Understanding of the alphabet back in synch with its’ function as a unified mandala.

by zero

Just one last bit:
OVA
15 22 1

it has sunken in

1 and 22 marking the first and the last letter in Hebrew
which is Alpha + Omega in Greek
or A et O in the latinized form

which makes the V a vav (as an &) in OVA => O et A
this is "last and first" then

back to Hebrew, it is
אות
1. letter, character
2. sign, signal, token, mark, omen, portent, foretoken, forerunner, foreboding, pledge, seal, badge, beck, cue

Is it not?

Using just the numbers in the Cipher of II:76, which appear in two rows in the original manuscript, thus:

4 6 3 8 A B K 2 4 A L G M O R 3 Y
X 24 89 R P S T O V A L.

Multiply in the forward direction, stopping at the final number 89 (the 24th prime):
4 x 6 x 3 x 8 x 2 x 4 x 3 x 24 = 331,776 = 24^4

Multiply in the reverse direction, starting with the final number 89:
89 x 24 x (3 + 4 + 2 + 8 + 3 + 6 + 4) = 64,080

Subtract the reverse product from the forward product:
331,776 - 64,080 = 267,696

267,696 = the Trigrammaton English Gematria value of the entirety of Liber CCXX.

The product of the first eight numbers of the Cipher of II:76, minus the product of the bottom-row numbers and the sum of the top row numbers, equals the gematria value of the entire Book of the Law.

What are the odds that the exact total of the Law is found in the numbers of the Cipher?

So far we have not dealt with the nineteen letters. But the equation so far shows that the TEG value of the Law is accurate, so we can now employ that gematria in the next part.

To complete this solution, note that 24 is a prominent number in the Cipher, and that the 24th glyph is the letter T, which has a TEG value of 9. The sum of all nineteen letters by TEG equals 208, and the sum of all nine numbers equals 143:

9 x 208 x 143 = 267,696

Now subtract this from the result of the first operation:

(331,776 - 64,080) - (9 x 208 x 143) = 0
