I told you in a PM I wasn't sure what my BC said, but I've always used 4:30.
Well that is exactly what my BC says (and my mother)

hello, do you know of any ways to discover birth time other than birth certificate. mine does not have it on there snd one of my parents says 11pm and the other says 11:30pm. I mean 30 min is a big gap to be able to have a decent astrology report I hear as far as accuracy ;/

I can rectify your birth time using major life events but you need to be able to provide several so depending in your age There may not be enough. I could try using 11:15 as a compromise...
