Studying the pictures in oracle decks can reveal hidden and unusual items. When is the last time you have really LOOKED at the cards...sometimes its too easy to say..."oh that card means....." without pausing to reflect. Sometimes in a reading, different aspects of the card jump out at you, and it is that aspect that can let you decided the direction to go with the cards meaning....
For this activity... you can do it as many times as you like.
Pick three- .....any deck...or use cards from different decks....
Place these cards somewhere in your home....on a table, shelf, desk, whereever you will see them multiple times each day....Place next to them, pen and paper...
Whenever you pass by the CARDS...LOOK at one card....jot down one aspect...and perhaps a word or two about it...keep going until you have done this multiple times for each card...
So for example over the course of a few days...this might become my list for one card:
64 Gawtcha:
large eye....seeing
slender hands...hiding
unclothed body: vulnerable
hair: in disarray
So you can see during a reading....it might depend on which aspect "spoke" to me: as to the meaning of the card in that particular reading.
If the eye was the aspect....it might be there is something you need to see
If the unclothed body was the aspect....it might be you are feeling vulnerable right now.
ETC.
