Lesson and Conflict Resolution spread... any suggestions?

I'm looking for a spread that would be adapted to my situation...

Recent conflict caused things to change with someone... Feel a lot of sorrow for the situation. I want a spread that can give me some peace of mind and understanding.

I guess I would like a spread that will tell me~

the big picture, the lesson in it for me, how the person I'm in conflict with contributed to the situation, as for me too, the future of the relationship...
