This spread I do and it's (to the many readings I've done with it) fairly accurate. I call it the High Priestess Moon and Star Spread because my connection with the High Priestess card and that she is a wise woman who can give insite on a situation and then the spread shapes.
The cresent moon shape on the outside of the inner star shape represents people that deal with the question, your interpretation of the people is what you do with those cards. Then the whole spread makes the connections between the people involved with the question and insite from it.

I hope that makes sense it was hard to get it to look right on here...its pretty much a star in the middle the first six cards and then a cresent moon along the outside which is the six cards
A question should be something that advice is wanted on or maybe the possible outcome of an event.

5 - The Resolution
6 - The Total Outcome
