I found this card on the Lotus Tarot site but couldn't see which deck it came from ... does anyone have any ideas?

It's called Lotus tarot, if you notice under the card there is a box that you can click on and will change the cards, from the Lotus tarot, Mythic tarot and the Rider Waite.
