This is a spread I stumbled across a few weeks ago with just stunning results.
I have also used it twice since then and both friends were just struck by how accurate the readings were- 1 was so shocked I believe I made them a tarot believer!

(looks like a heart- and the 15 goes up about half way in between 13 and 14)

Her:
Card 1- Her basic soul self now
Card 2- Pressing issues, positive and negative
Card 3- Her gift from him
Card 4- Her gift to him
Card 5- Personal soul growth necessary for her
Him:
Card 6: His basic soul self now
Card 7: Pressing issues, positive and negative
Card 8: His gift to her
Card 9: His gift from her
Card 10: Personal soul growth necessary for him
The Relationship:
Card 11: Snapshot of the infant relationship. - I'm not entirely sure what the creator meant when she worded it this way. But when I read it - I read it as the relationship in it most basic form- when things are calm and there are no interfering dramas. You may choose to do it the same or put your own spin on it of course!
Card 12: Bond/The Karmic Tie
Card 13-15: Lessons for relationship (Read individually in my experience)
Card 16: Blessing for the future. NOTE: This card can be indicative of a wonderful experience/lesson or one that is viewed as negative at the time, but either way it will ultimately be viewed as beneficial.
