i've searched through the threads and found out that a few are interested in knowing how to use their clow/sakura cards(from cardcaptor sakura) to do some divination. i have the clow card fortune book(in chinese; i need to translate it), which shows the meanings of each and every single card in CCS, and the way to shuffle, the spreads etc. there is also a section on using the cards just like amulets. i will be posting the meanings here bit by bit. stay tuned!
(btw, clow/sakura cards don't have reversals, so there is only one meaning. also, clow cards' and sakura cards' meanings are commutative, so you can use either one of them.)
Card meanings:
Group A
The Cloud: Judge firmly and impartially
Card's message: You need to have strong judgement. Relax and open your inner self before you judge. If you make the best decision, you will be able to set your mind at rest.
Card's warning: Your heart determines your luck. People who are happy and optimistic will attract the attention and presence of other people, and thus, good luck will follow.

Shuffling the cards
1) Place your left hand over the deck of cards, concentrating on your question.

2) Spread out the cards and shuffle them thoroughly using your left hand.

3) When you feel that the cards had been shuffled enough, gather the cards back into the deck.

*Primarily, shuffling of the cards are done with the left hand. However, when you are gathering the cards, you can use both hands.
4) Next, you have to cut the deck. With your left hand, lift the entire deck. From the bottom, divide the deck into 5 smaller decks.

*the number of cards in each smaller deck need not be the same.

5) With your left hand, re-stack the 5 smaller decks together in the order of your preference.

6) Repeat the entire procedure (i.e. shuffle twice), after which you would have finished the shuffling.

1) After shuffling the cards, with the cards' back(the one with the same pattern) facing upwards in the deck, count 5 cards from the top. Take the fifth card and place it at position [1].
*Do not replace the counted cards
2) Count 5 cards again, and take the fifth card and put it at position [2].
3) Repeat this(count 5 cards, place fifth card at position) untill you have put the card at position [9].
4) Take the last card from the bottom of the deck and put it at position [10]
