Wands = Blood?

You could also say blood is often related to pain, and pain can be an emotion as well. And even when talking about physical pain that is often related to the emotions too such as a fear of pain.

I'm fine with this much, because of course we only see someone's blood if they're wounded.... and the pain / emotion / cups link's pretty good, but...

I say Cups. As cups contain liquid, and blood is a liquid. But more importantly because blood comes from your heart, just as you emotions do.

Hmmm.... sorry I'm uneasy here. Symbolically emotions come from the heart, it's a figure of speech yes, but objectively they don't. They come from the brain / hormonal system if you can pin it down. Nor does blood come from the heart. It passes *through* the heart because the heart pumps it, but no more than it passes through all the rest of you.

When I woke up this morning and looked out the back window,
there was a large hawk eating a very fat rat in my cherry tree.

We're talking rural fields, not city sewers, but Oh lay me down!
Now right there I'd say was something of everything, but what?

Flavio,

I like your thoughts on wands = blood.

They may not always be linked to blood; but sometimes Batons may represent the creative urge of our body, and I can see this “rush“ related to bloodstream.

Thanks very much!

-Hey! Do you want a bit?
-HO, no, thanks! You are so kind, but already I had breakfast!
