Two women stand in a stream. They're each holding ropes attached to a basket which they are using to catch fish. They've accidentally tipped the basket and a fish is able to escape back into the water.
The traditional RWS image for this card has always given me trouble, probably because it involves a lack of obvious action so it's hard for me to pull meaning from. So when I use the Dream Enchantress it's easier for me to just read this card how I see it and not worry about the RWS image.
To me, this card is about coordinated effort. To catch the fish, both women need to maneuver the bucket in a coordinated effort. If one is distracted or isn't listening to the other, the bucket will tip over. If they work together, though, they will both share in the bounty of fish.
