Le Tarot Tournant (Bill's Tarot)

nicky

As one of the members of the possible angry mob...please don't walk away!

Hmm, I posted in here before the crash, but cannot recall exactly what I said...other than wanting to know if there is a time-line or potential finish date/year.....like, will 2010 be too soon for any of us to be holding this deck in our desperate little hands?

PS the angry mob is still hanging around with our pitchforks and torches....and our hopes for this beauty to be completed by the genius who created it. :)

We're now swapping war stories and pea soup recipes, lighting each other's beedies/cigarettes and braiding each other's hair.

I really appreciate the little handful of people who are genuinely enthusiastic about this deck.
You make it impossible for me to walk away! :D

Your admirers are like cockroaches (no offense anyone -- couldn't think of something else that has lots of others hiding for every one in the open :D)... for every one posting here, there are many, many more who haven't that are waiting for this deck to be "born."

Ya, I thought the crash might have dispersed the crowd, but some stubborn ones keep hanging on.
I suppose I'll have to thank them, eventually. :D

I don't know how long this will take to finish, or what will happen if it ever is finished.

This is not a linear tarot deck.
It's an old fashioned one.
It does not progress so much from one end to the other.
It's more of a spinning top, with a slight wobble for good measure.

In one respect, the pips are an exercise in the art of fugue.
Nothing to their little bits, really.
Until you look at the whole thing.
It is my hope that something nice may appear, for a few who make it that far.

Anyway, thank you for hanging around in the meantime.
And sorry there isn't really much to see right now.

Oh God, he's hinting at something.

Thank you for answering.....I think....this is an answer, yes?

I am pretty sure a mere crash could not possibly disperse a crowd as intent as this one. We are dedicated....we are intrepid.......

What ever you're planning I hope I am a part of it.

TarotCadet

I would be interested if this ever comes to fruitiion. I have one of the prototype copies of Bill's tarot and I'm not letting go.

Debra

If you don't mind my asking, what do you mean by "prototype," TarotCadet? Do mean one of the edition of 12, the 22-card deck?
