The World of Pétur Deck

Icey

Hullo all, I am new here, this is my first post here, EVAR infact. I've been reading my way aroud Tarot for a while, and just got my first deck a month ago. Ever since, I've been nigh obsessed with the cards, reading what I get my filthy monkeypaws on. I soon got the calling to make a deck and have made three cards as of yet. The theme I'm working with is fictional characters I have, and I try to connect them the best I can to the Tarot, which I have no idea if I'm doing that properly or not. But mustn't one take the Fool's path to learn?

The cards.

welcome to ATF! And to this creation board!
I think it is a wonderful idea to match your own characters to the tarot, that makes it even more personal.
Your deck feels rather dark, which I find interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing this deck develop.

Thank you, thank you very much! It is rather dark since most of my fiction is that, dark and connected to the darker sides of humanity. Being misled, abused or being lead on by false words is very common inside my grey matter.

You've got something going here. B
Has it occured to you that Death is about change, not about murder?

Icey

I am fully aware of that, the character illustrated on my Death card is all about change, his journey is that of a change and that is what he brings to the world. He may have more lifes than anyone can care to remember on his death count, but that isn't that much of an aspect of him.

I chose all my characters after their personality traits and their trips through my stories, so there really won't be too much traditional imagery.
