Herbal Tarot - Queen of Wands - Raspberry Leaf

You can see the Queen cards here.

Description: A woman is holding a large staff in one hand and a large raspberry in the other. There is a white cat beside her. There are mountains in the distance.

Significant Details: The raspberries symbolize women’s strengths. The staff symbolizes strength of will. The cat symbolizes friendship. The mountains are the gateways to the spirit realm.

Keywords: Attractive, Wholehearted, Energetic, Cheerful, Self-Assured

Medicinal Uses: Raspberry is astringent and is used for diarrhea, to encourage sweating, and sore throats. It also affects the uterus, and should be avoided during early pregnancy. Culpeper’s Color Herbal.

My Interpretation: This may be a time of making new friendships or of spending more time with close friends. You may meet someone who is energetic and cheerful during this time.

Thoughts/Points to Ponder: The Queen of Wands is the Watery part of Fire. The Queens are in Binah, the third sephira on the Tree of life, and are ruled by Saturn. Raspberry is ruled by Venus.

The queen is spending time with her faithful companion, a white cat. She is also picking raspberries, so maybe she needs curing.
