Okay so firstly your Asc is at 1 degree, this is showing that there is a lot of room for things to change yet, or that you've been constantly asking the same question ? so the chart should be not really fit to judge........but i'll read it anyway, to see what its saying for you.
You asc is leo ruler mars. Mars is in a semi fertile sign capricorn and the 5th house which deals with children/pregnancy ruler is cancer, which is a fertile sign, the ruler being moon.
