Well done. We never managed with a utility, though I have got bank charges refunded. Darling daughter had fun with British Gas recently when they overcharged her (she pays by direct debit) and when they finally agreed they had they said it would be "credited to her account" - she was mad as hell and said she wanted her money. They said they couldn't do that as they didn't do cheques and she said she would come to their office and get it, and in the end she just sat at the phone saying "I want my money and I want it now !" till they finally paid it into her bank. She is a useful child. I brought her up well I am so proud !

I have a bit of tidying up to do on some of the cards, then they need borders and titles, then that's that.

I'll have to sort out what to do about good quality scans.
Because they are going to be fairly big, I think.
