I tend to use this spread a lot when faced with difficult choices. I should mention that I created it in good faith - any resemblance to someone else's is an innocent coincidence 
Okay, so take your cards, and deal them in this almost heart shaped formation:

7/8: Sacrifice made by NOT choosing A/B
9/10: Other people's opinion of A/B
11/12:Ultimate result of choice A/B
