A line of events

I designed this spread when I started a new job along with two other guys.
It can be adapted though.
It shows the different situations of the company at the moment one joined it. Then it shows the connection between the employees and the company, what they will have to learn there and an outcome, how the company will change them.
The layout would be like:

In my example cards 1 & 5 show the past and future of the company, cards 2-4 the company´s situation where the corresponding employee joined.
Cards 6-8 show how they are connected to the company, cards 9-11 what they will learn or have to learn/endure and 12-14 the personal outcomes. I like laying out the cards 6-14 diagonally with their edges touching each other - it looks like they are hanging from the upper row and it is more easy to see the single pillars - as they are to be read vertically, and not horizontally.

The spread can be varied in the lenghth of the timeline and the number of persons involved. It can show any situation that can be visualized as a timeline and where persons are attached to something - a project, a clique of friends....
