I am starting this thread purely for my own interest because I am curious to see what numbers, of the 500, are on ATF.

I'm number 436 of 500. Anyone else out there willing to share?

They were deliberately random We don't send out the numbers in any particular order. The reason is that we sign the limited edition decks before they are packed, so we actually don't know where the different numbers are. I sort of like that - it's luck who gets what.

Izzie's got Number 315
Would have so so loved 666 - the Deck of the Beast - but obviously that one would have been a fake


At first thought that the thread was about a different sort of number - the ebay variety

Since the plain vanilla first edition was selling for such ridiculous sums, wondering how stratospheric the silver is.
It makes you sort of scared to use it in case of accidents or even worse - vanishing mysteriously.
That is the big appeal of the pretty pewter deck - the bright shininess without the scariness of scarcity

Assuming that the release of the second edition will cool down the collectors somewhat since it's possible to now get a fix straight from the source

You know, we pretty much ignore the ebay prices and stuff like that. So this dog isn't being wagged!

Hang on, I am totally confused now. I remember a friend asking for deck 666 - but we only printed 500. I must ask Alex if we did number one "666" out of sequence. I have some odd recollection of that - but that whole period when the deck first came out is a bit of a blur.
