I have yet to meet a dark deck which guaranteed everything would look awful DOOM DOOM WE ARE DOOMED and so on. That everything would be negative - as this one guarantees positivity. That they are ungentle, dangerous and untrustworthy.
THAT's the difference, for me.
That and the artwork....

I'm almost tempted to buy this deck for the lulz, but I'm concerned that my Tarot of Vampyres might find it abhorrent and stop working for me.
My guess is she'll probably rename the cards. Death will be "Change", Devil will be "Attachment" or something, the Tower will be "The Sparkly Crystal Spire of Atlantis".

I'm more curious about the handling of the Minors. Like the naming of the Pents/Coins suit. How will that work in an Angel of Light theme? And will they be fully illustrated scenes?

I was just thinking the picture entitled "Our Lady of Redemption", in this gallery: http://www.fantasy-graphic.com/Gallery-D.htm might make a good sanitized Tower card, it looks sort of...fiery....
I'd personally like to see how she handles the Swords suit, especially the ten.
