Finding a good astrologer?

I'm wanting to get my birthchart interpreted. I was wondering how to find a good astrologer and if anyone had any recommendations? I'm sure plenty of astrologers can be found on the web but how do you tell if they're accurate or not?

Ironically - go for the least flashiest advertising - or word of mouth!! The most unlikliest person is often the best!

Word of mouth is probably best. I know a few astrologers write advice blogs like elsaelsa.com or gryphonastrology.wordpress.com

You can read their stuff and see whether their writing style or personal philosophy etc agrees with you.
