I used it for a Dark Deck Truths (DDT) exchange last year and it worked quite well reading the images instead of trying to apply RWS meanings to the cards.
Get it, ME, it's worth it. It's what all the other dark decks aspire to be when they grow up: it taps into real levels of darkness in the soul without any teenage Emo drama.
The artwork is inspired by the Mediaeval horrors of the art of Hieronymous Bosch: do yourself a favour, read as much as you can about him and get to look at as many of his paintings as you can before you get the deck, you will understand the deck so much better then.
ME, you can see the reading I did with the deck here. Much like the Priapo, the Bosch forces me to stretch my tarot muscles in trying to pull an interpretation from the images that fits the positional meaning.
