What dose the Queen of Wands say to you?
Queen of Wands
“I recognize my self potential and my ability to manifest my desires” Greer
When I first looked at the Queen of Wands card I wasn’t sure if I was looking at a woman at all. There she sits on her throne of stone. The throne has carvings of lions (strength, courage, royalty, protection, beastly needs of the flesh) on it, along with sunflowers (“look to the sunny side of life”), a very strong and positive message. The queen sits in an aggressive posture with her knees parted as if she is ready to stand at any given moment. She is wearing a yellow (creativity, intelligence, contentment) dress, and a white (peace, cleansing, purity, highest kind of understanding) cloak. On her head she wears a crown of gold with green leaves on it. Her hair is short, I find that odd. Perhaps it is to show her masculine side. She holds a wand in her right hand and a sunflower in her left. A black cat (watchful, awareness, perception, psychic ability, mystery, seductive) sits just in front of her throne. The background is desolate, and there again are the three mountain peaks that are also found in the Page and Knight cards. Are they mountian peaks or pyramids?

Direct: Hard worker, reliable, practical business women, caring in a practical way, calm authority, sensual/sexual woman, popular, creative/innovative person.
Reversed: Dose not want to work, impractical, lack of interest in work and family/children, domineering, jealous, infidelity, demands control, deception, self absorbed, emotional manipulation.
