There isn't one. The closest you can get is the Tirage en Croix, which is a spread used sometimes in tarot - you draw 4 cards and then determine the 5th and last card by addition/subtraction of the first 4.
It's something of a flawed idea in Lenormand, because if you do the maths, then cards 10, 11, and 12 end up as your sum card way, way more often than any other cards. I did make one spread that adds up a couple of cards at the end, but I'm not keen to do it with most readings.
But a lot of people like doing it - so they do.
