10 of cups and 10 of pents

Hello,
I have a co-worker, he had a crush on me but we are both married. I stopped talking to him and I think he's upset. I moved to another building and haven't seen him for months. When I do a spread if we will speak again, 10 of cups and 10 of pents come up all the time. I am confused. What does it mean?
Please help!!! I am new to this.
