To be honest, most of the spreads that I create are more for oracle cards than tarot... I personally like motivational open-ended readings than question-based ones.
Here's one that I recently whipped up based on the popular mobile game (which I'm addicted of course). I first thought of the layout being related to the cuteness of toebeans, and then, following the game's tutorial play-out I associated the nearest spiritual symbolism/meanings that made sense to me.

1 (placed horizontally) - The yard: your surrounding environment.
2 - The toy: what motivates you.
3 - The food: what sustains you.
4 - The visiting cat: how spirit will manifest to you.
5 - The fish: the blessings that spirit gives you.
