Spread for a new home?

Okay, so I am moving. In the process, actually, and I was really hoping to find a spread somewhere that would help me see if there is anything I need to know about the new apartment (our first night in the place will be tonight, which was a spur of the moment and very instinctual decision).

However I can't seem to find any (well I found one but it didn't feel right to me). Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ^_^

I did find one that might fit what you are looking for if you tweak it:

Home Sweet Home spread (for a new home)

In particular, the second half (positions 4 through 8) that deals with the new place specifically.
