I have two from Lo Scarabeo:

Their "Universal Tarot" a RWS clone (not to be confused with the "Universal Waite Tarot", by Mary Hanson-Roberts, which I also like a great deal)

and "Lo Scarabeo Tarot", a RWS inspired deck with some Thoth and Marseilles influences mixed in for good measure.

The artwork on both of these is very appealing, almost like images from a quality graphic novel...in any case, I like it a great deal.

I used to have the "Secret Tarot", but although I liked some of the cards, others...meh, not so much.
