spread for business travel...

hiee can anyone please tell me about a spread concerning business travel??

actually, my dad is going out of town for business purpose. so i thought id do a spread which would tell me how will his trip be and how will business be and will the trip be profitable and so on...

i would be grateful if anyone could help me..
