What deck is this?

I was browsing eBay searching for tarot themed decals, and saw this:

Seems to be based on the RWS, but redrawn in a simpler style. The same seller has decals of other cards drawn in the same style. Does anyone recognize it?

These decals look like more or less naive re-renderings of Pixie Smith's art. I don't think there is a deck involved, though of course I could be wrong.
