Just a question, can they be saved as .jpeg or just .webp?

It may vary from browser to browser, but it should be a case of simply clicking on the thumbnail image, this will open a larger version of it, then you should be able to drag it onto your desktop or other location of your choice. The files are jpegs (as per the attached example) so they should be compatible with most software to use as is or for adding text onto.
