Per http://www.astro.com/mtp/mtp64_e.htm, Sagittarius doesn't have an exaltation, so there's no corresponding tarot card.

Sagittarius' exaltation is not a planet, but it is sometimes taken to be the moon node Cauda Draconis. For example, this node is listed as the exaltation of Sagittarius in one of the tables in an appendix of Aleister Crowley's Book of Thoth.
