Interesting. I think it covers almost all of what we've been talking about for the last few months - but getting perforated sheets and punching and assembling the decks by hand? Eek.

Yeah, that's back when the punch out business cards first became available, I don't think the larger sizes are made anymore. The edges are too rough, usually, you're better off letting the printer cut the cards out on his/her/their equipment.
