The Book of the Nine Judges

I came across this fairly expensive Benjamin Dykes compendium of horary writings by various Arabic authors and (it looks like) a few Greeks. It's massive (700+ pages) and seems to cover a lot of ground. If it's worthwhile as a groundwork for those writers and isn't just a "mish-mash," it might simplify my search for more horary texts while not spending quite as much money as I would otherwise. Any thoughts on its value and usefulness?
