This spread is basically uses 2 cards in the layout – 1 is called ‘Catch’, and the 2nd card is called ‘Release’.
The CATCH aspect:
This card position relates to something which you can bring into your life:
An opportunity, a chance, a spontaneous action. An embracing card.
The RELEASE aspect:
This card position relates to something which needs to be let go of in your life.
Dispose, abandon, give away, retire, lay to rest. A releasing card.
How to use the Spread:
You can choose any subject or topic to find out what you need to ‘catch’ or ‘release’.
You can ask as many ‘Catch & Release’ questions as you like in one sitting.
