AthBSh Beginnings and Endings

On the general subject of "Worlds and Fools", it is also interesting to ponder the cipher ideas that (might) reorder (and pair up!) the Tarot Trumps: http://www.supertarot.co.uk/cipher/atbash.htm. One thing that increasingly strikes me is the generally interesting consequence of pairing Major Arcana in a "loop" i.e. Fool = World, Magus = Aeon (Judgement) etc. - And notably explored by Paul Hughes Barlow in comparing Gematric values of the resultant pairs. Intriguing stuff to explore... :)

But BOTH Taroists and Rune-ists seem to enjoy placing things in rows and then comparing columns. This is taken further for Runes - c.f. the idea of looped-back ordering: Fethu = Othala, Uruz = Dagaz etc. being used in some divinatory circles? No pun intended! And not to mention a certain Runic propensity to transpose letters at the end of their alphabetic sequences? Maybe these are things Taroists might explore? (more often anyway!) Or further evidence of great (ancient) minds thinking alike? :D

Rune rings are considered powerfully magical by many,
but no one seems to have satisfactorily rounded Tarot.
