New House Spread

I just bought a new house and am in the process of moving into it. Does anyone know or have any ideas for a new house spread? THe place definately has character and it's about 100 years old.

The first thing that comes to mind is doing a simple Past - Present - Future spread on the house. Since it's an old house, this might give you some insight into the history of the house and how this is still being reflected in the present and the future.
