Optimism / Pessimism Spread (predicting events)

Theres no such thing as a good and bad card, they are all grey. To me, the tower is unpredictable in its predictions, having an equal likelihood of being good or bad. Surrounding cards also specify. The emperor or say, 4 of wands next to it would be a good change. The moon or judgment next to it would be more negative.

Hmm I got five of cups for good this month....don't really know how to take that one. A good loss maybe?
