I have the Paragon deck. It is based on symbols on vintage fortune telling cups which I found intriguing. The card stock is very much like the linen card stock you can find with Duck Soup's linen card stock, Tarot Everywhere, and Lenormand decks from Game of Hope, among others. The booklet feel very self-made but done so nicely. I have seen shabbier home made booklets. The back design of the cards is not my favourite, and it is not the most chic I have seen, but not a biggie. The cardbock box it came in is very average, not the sort you would keep, but it does come with an organza bag that you can use long term. Again, not the most amazing you ever seen, but very sensible, and practical. You are mainly paying for the deck. Judging from the cardstock, the price seems to me to about the same as other decks of the same quality. Not sure whether they ship from Australia or direct from printer elsewhere. The Paragon deck and all Karin's Tea Cards are very much like Lenormand. So if you like Leno, you will like this.
I can highly recommend the Paragon deck.
Artistically it may not be your cup of tea. But it is such a unique system, and the aesthetic is cheerful enough to make this deck worth while I think.
