Ixbiliah Tarot by Angela Contreras

Adam McLean

Does anyone have any information on the
Ixbiliah Tarot by Angela Contreras ?

I saw this on www.morwenna.de

I assume it is of Spanish or South American origin.
I have been trying to find a Spanish bookshop
that might be able to sell me a copy.

Any suggestions will be helpful.

I must say, Mr. McLean, you have a genius for finding the most distinctly unique tarots!

This outdated, cached link suggests that it comes with 78 cards in color and a book in Spanish:

And book cover with "Loco" or "Fool" from Editions Marsay

Cerulean,

I wrote (in Spanish) to diegomarin.com, that Spanish bookshop, but have not received a reply.

I have found quite a few interesting tarots (probably because I am quite used to doing research). A few days ago ,
I got an amazing tarot "Genege des Tarotas" by Marcello Peola, published in 1995 - incredibly detailed large pen drawings. Seems to be totally unknown! Not mentioned
in Kaplan or anywhere on the Internet. I had to take a
risk in buying the work unseen, but it was great find.

Hopefully this Ixbiliah Tarot can be found in some Spanish bookshop.
